Harman has been so helpful with our first home purchase! When we first met Harman, we were not ready to buy a place but he encouraged us to start viewing to get a feel of the properties in person. We saw many properties and in the beginning we felt a bit uncomfortable that we were wasting his time but Harman made us feel completely at ease when we told him this. He kept encouraging us to see as many properties as possible. The home that we ended up purchasing - it was a bit over our budget but Harman managed to negotiate to bring it down to our price point.
